Enrollment for the Fairbury Light & Water Budget Billing Program for residential customers is NOW OPEN for the Plan Year October 1, 2021 - September 30, 2022. To be eligible to participate, our residential customers will need to meet the criteria outlined on the application.
If you are interested in participating in this plan, please complete the Budget Billing Program Application and return the application to the Fairbury Light & Water Office by September 24, 2021.
