1.     Pursuant to Section 84-1412(8) of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act a current copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the entry of this meeting room and is available for viewing by the public.

2.     Motion to Convene.

B.           Current Business

1.     Approval of the January 4^th, 2011 minutes. 

2.     Discussion and recommendation regarding handicapped loading and unloading sign on east side of D Street between 5^th and 6^th Streets.

3.     Discussion and recommendation regarding maintenance of trees in the City Park.

4.     Discussion and recommendations regarding garbage rates.

5.     Public comments on non-agenda items.
