1.     Pursuant to Section 84-1412(8) of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act a current copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the entry of this meeting room and is available for viewing by the public.

B.           Current Business

1.     Approval of the March 16^st, 2010 minutes. 

2.     Discussion and recommendation regarding the professional service agreement with Olsson Associates for the Flood and Drainage Study – Urban Drainage Systems and FEMA Floodplains “Project” in accordance with the 2008 CDBG Grant Agreement contract number 08-DRP-008.    

3.     Public comments on non-agenda items.
