1.     Pursuant to Section 84-1412(8) of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act a current copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the entry of this meeting room and is available for viewing by the public.

1.     Approval of the September 1^st, 2009 minutes. 

2.     Discussion and recommendation regarding bid proposals to administer 2008 CDBG Disaster Recovery Funds.

3.     Discussion and recommendations on changing resolution 635 regarding permit and fee charges.

4.     Public comments on non-agenda items.
