1.       Pursuant to Section 84-1412(8) of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act a current copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the entry of this meeting room and is available for viewing by the public.

2.       Motion to Convene.

B.                Current Business

1.       Approval of the December 16, 2008 minutes. 

2.       Discussion and recommendation regarding a request from First Student / Karen Junker to place a “No Parking Here to Corner” sign on the west side of B Street in front of the Step Ahead School located at 1301 B Street. 

3.       Public comments on non-agenda items.
