STATEMENT:  “This meeting is being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The provisions of

the Open Meetings Act are posted on the wall in the rear of this meeting room for public

inspection".  The Planning Commission reserves the right to go into executive session in accordance with Section 84-1410.

 

1.     Open Meeting and Roll Call.

2.     Approve minutes of the Planning Commissions April 12th, 2010 Meeting.

 

3.     Special Use Permit.  Request (SU-2010-01) from Harold Wiegert in regards to the maximum square foot requirement (1,000 sq. ft.) requirement for an accessory building located in the R1 – Low Density Residential zoning district as stated in Article 5, Section 5.06 Special Provision 2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fairbury, Nebraska – 2005 Edition.  The request is to allow for the placement of and accessory building exceeding 1,000 square feet.  The legal description of the property is described as:  Lot 800, Brawner Creek Sub, Section 12, Township 2, Range 2, City of Fairbury, Jeffferson County, Nebraska [56935 Brawner Ave.].  Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired action

 

4.     Special Use Permit.  Request (SU-2010-02) from Ron and Nancy Byrd in regards to expanding and existing nonconforming residential structure located in the R3 – High Density Residential zoning district as stated in Article 5, Section 5.08, 3c of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fairbury, Nebraska – 2005 Edition.  The request is to allow for the expansion of an existing nonconforming single family dwelling.  The legal description of the property is described as:  Lots 2 and 3, Block 7, Original Town, City of Fairbury, Jefferson County, Nebraska [711 B Street].  Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired action
