STATEMENT:  “This meeting is being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The provisions of

the Open Meetings Act are posted on the wall in the rear of this meeting room for public

inspection".  The Planning Commission reserves the right to go into executive session in accordance with Section 84-1410.

1.     Open Meeting and Roll Call.

2.     Approve minutes of the Planning Commissions March 8^th, 2010 Meeting.

3.     Application for Certificate of Work in the Historic District.  Request HD-2010-04 from Siebert Communications in regards to work being done at KUTT/KGMT Radio Station [ 412 4^th Street ]. Legally described as Lot 6, Blk. 32, Original Town Addition, Fairbury, Jefferson County, Nebraska.  Located in the B2 – Downtown Commercial Zoning District and the HD – Historic District Overlay.  Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired action.  

4.     Comments from the public on non-agenda items.   

5.     Adjourn Meeting.
