STATEMENT:  “This hearing is being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The provisions of

the Open Meetings Act are posted on the wall in the rear of this meeting room for public

inspection".  The Planning Commission reserves the right to go into executive session in accordance with Section 84-1410.

 1.   Open Hearing and Roll Call.

 2.   Approve minutes of the Planning Commissions May 11^th, 2009 hearing  and June 8^th, 2009 meeting ‘as amended’.

 3. Special Use Permit.  Request (SU-2009-04) from Jamalynn Barnett for home occupation (Bait Shop).   Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired action.

 4.   Application for Certificate of Work in the Historic District.  Request HD-2009-01 from Stephanie Harms in regards to a building permit for Enhancement Tanning 401 E Street.  Legally described as lot 10, blk 26, Original Town Addition, Fairbury, Nebraska.  Located in the B2 – Downtown Commercial Zoning District and the HD – Historic District Overlay.  Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired action.  

 5.   Public Hearing.  Discussion and recommendation in regards to adding child Care Home to Permitted Uses in all Residential Zoning districts. 

 6.   Discussion and recommendation regarding changes to section 4.13 A of the Fairbury Zoning Regulations – 2005 Edition.

 7.  Resignation of Steve Siefford

 8.   Comments from the public on non-agenda items.   

9.  Adjourn Hearing.
