STATEMENT:  “This meeting is being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The provisions of

the Open Meetings Act are posted on the wall in the rear of this meeting room for public

inspection".  The Planning Commission reserves the right to go into executive session in accordance with Section 84-1410.

 1.   Open Meeting and Roll Call.

 2.   Approve minutes of the Planning Commissions February 9^th, 2009 meeting.

 3.  Set a hearing to discuss and recommend to the City Council regarding the vacating of a portion of Anna Street located East of Lot 1, Blk 2, Warren Place (201 West 4^th Street) and West of Lot 3, Blk. 1, Warren Place (133 West 4^th Street).  Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.

 4.  Special Use Permit. Request (SU-2009-001) from Holly Troxel for home occupation (photography studio). Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired action.

 5. Discussion and Recommendations regarding information on light and water bill inserts from the light and water department.

 6.   Comments from the public on non-agenda items.   

7.  Adjourn Meeting.
