Handicap Parking Permits free of charge


1. Pick up forms at City Clerk's Office located at 612 D Street

2. Applicant completes form, has Doctor sign the form, and then returns form to the City Clerk.

3. Handicap Parking Permit will be received via mail from the State of Nebraska.
