  1. PUBLIC HEARINGS
    1. Set Public Hearing concerning the proposed Redevelopment Plan and Redevelopment Contract with Red Oak Properties, LLC, for Tax Increment Financing in the area legally described as Lot 1, Block 3, Fairbury Industrial Park, an addition to the City of Fairbury, Jefferson County, Nebraska.
    2. Set Public Hearing concerning the semi-annual Local Option Sales Tax (LB840) Program review.

 

  1. CURRENT BUSINESS

1.      Annual Audit Report presentation from Blobaum & Busboom, P.C.

2.      Approval of the reappointment of Wayne Schultis to the Board of Public Works, term to expire January 2011.

3.      Approval of Griffey’s Steakhouse & Lounge as a Keno Sales Outlet.

4.      Consideration of a request from Reverend Charles Schmidt for permission to form a committee to develop future trails projects.

5.      Consideration of an agreement with Lambriar Animal Health Care for property transfer.

6.      Consideration of a Memorandum of Understanding with Fairbury Steaks, Inc.

7.      Selection of a Grant Administrator for the LB840 grant to Fairbury Steaks, Inc.
