1.      Consideration of a request from the Fairbury Youth Involvement (FYI) Center for financial support.

2.      Consideration of a request from Doug Brown for a curb cut at 1307 11^th Street.

3.      Consideration of an agreement with Jefferson County for payment of usage charges relating to County-owned historic lighting fixtures.

4.      Consideration of an Application for Relief from Sanitation Fees as submitted by Ella Mae Welch of 1406 H Street.

5.      Request from the Fairbury Chamber of Commerce for permission to use the City Park and Community Building for Tour de Nebraska.

6.      Consideration of sealing new downtown area sidewalks and curbs for protection of surfaces from chemicals used in snow/ice removal.

7.      Consideration of a request from Fairbury Steaks for an LB840 funds grant in the amount of $300,000.

8.      Consideration of a change order for the Downtown Project.

1.      Second Reading  Ordinance No. 2952: AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE LAND USE CLASSIFICATION AND ZONING OF TRACTS OF LAND LOCATED ON LOTS 7, 8, & 9 OF BLOCK 38 OF THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF FAIRBURY, JEFFERSON COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

2.      Ordinance No. 2953:  AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE LAND USE CLASSIFICATION AND ZONING OF A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED ON LOT 12, BLOCK 22 OF THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF FAIRBURY, JEFFERSON COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

3.      Ordinance No. 2954:  AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRBURY, NEBRASKA, AMENDING THE DUTIES OF THE CITY BUILDING INSPECTOR, REPEALING MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 150.15 AND ALL ORDINANCE OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING A TIME WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
