Ordinance No. 2962: AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH RATES, FEES, CHARGES, AND
COLLECTIONS FOR THE USE OF ELECTRICITY TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 2931; TO
REPEAL CONFLICTING SECTIONS AND TO PROVIDE FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING A TIME WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL
BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
