regarding a request for a Special Use Permit
(SU-2010-04) from Bill and Priscilla Stelling to exceed the maximum square
foot requirement for a building located in the R3 - High Density Residential
Zoning District at 1507 G Street, legally described as South ½ of Lot 4 and
all of Lot 5, Block 7, Gross Heirs Addition, City of Fairbury, Jefferson
County, Nebraska and as allowed under Article 5, Section 5.08, Special
Provision 3 of the City of Fairbury Zoning Regulations – 2005 Edition.

Public Hearing regarding a
request for a Special Use Permit (SU-2010-05) from Thom Hunt to allow for an
apartment located in the B1 – General Commercial Zoning District at 515 5th
Street, legally described as West 2/3 of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3, Block 26,
Original Town, City of Fairbury, Jefferson County, Nebraska and as allowed
under Article 5, Section 5.10, 3i of the City of Fairbury Zoning Regulations

concerning “revised recommendations” for
LB840 funds for a “Performance Based Grant” in the amount of $10,000.00 for
the “Discs N Dat” project.

Public Hearing
concerning “revised recommendations” for a
“CDBG – Economic Development Loan Fund (Reuse Loan)” in the amount of
$5,000.00 for the “Discs N Dat” project.
5.
Set Public Hearing concerning
setting of the final tax request for the 2010-2011

Consider recommendation from
the Planning Commission concerning a request for a Special Use Permit
(SU-2010-04) from Bill and Priscilla Stelling to allow for the placement
of an accessory building exceeding the 1,000 square foot requirement for a
building located in the R3 – High Density Residential Zoning District;
located at 1507 G Street.

Consider recommendation from

cut on 9th Street for a driveway for Janice Judd - 902 H Street.
8.
Consider recommendations from
the Economic Development Review Committee (LB840) for “Sweet Creations”
project for a “Performance Based Grant” in the amount of $20,000.00 and set
a public hearing.
9.
Consider Ronald Brackle’s plan
to remove portions of the east half of the sidewalk located on F Street
between 4th and 5th Streets and landscape the terrace
as proposed.
10.
Consider request from Robert
Brackle to allow the sale and discharge of Consumer Class “C” Fireworks on
December 30th and 31st of each year; in accordance
with Legislative Bill 880.
11.
Consider Volunteer Fire wages.
12.
Consider Employment
Agreement between the City of Fairbury and Joseph Parker, City
Administrator.

RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES
1.
Resolution No. 786 obligating
LB840 Funds to “Discs N Dat” for a “Performance Based Grant” in the amount
of $10,000.00 as revised by changes to specified conditions and to the
recommendation by the Economic Development Review Committee.
2.
Resolution No. 787 obligating
CDBG – Economic Development Loan Funds to “Discs N Dat” for a “direct
(reuse) loan” in the amount of $5,000.00 as revised by changes to specified
conditions and to the recommendation by the EDLF Review Committee.
