1. CALL TO ORDER

1.      Pursuant to Section 84-1412(8) of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act a current copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the entry of this meeting room and is available for viewing by the public.

   1. Discussion of Fire Hydrant Systems; systematic flushing and repair.
   2. Discussion of sharing City Administrator salary expense
   3. Discussion of compensation for utility payroll processing done by Deputy City Clerk.
   4. Discussion of combining utility office with clerk’s office; staffing and operations.
   5. Discussion on computer networking and costs.
   6. Discussion of boiler, property, and casualty insurance.
   7. Discussion of gas distribution system possibilities.
   8. Discussion of request from Endicott Clay for refund of primary metering charges and for off-peak usage data from new meter as well as information on future off-peak billing practices.
