1.      Pursuant to Section 84-1412(8) of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act a current copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the entry of this meeting room and is available for viewing by the public.

   1. Presentation of utility revenue, expense, debt service, and reserves/relationship to rates.
   2. Discussion and consideration of five year agreement (Council & Board of Public Works) sharing of bond payment and interest for sanitary sewer bond authorized by Ordinance 2826.
   3. Discussion and consideration of advertisement for Crystal Springs mower bids.
   4. Discussion and consideration of increasing preapproved board’s purchase cap from $10,000.00.
