described as Lot 1 of Re-Survey of Lots 13, 14, and part of 15 of Nutting’s

Nebraska.

Consideration and approval of
awarding demolition bid for the NSP located at 405 B Street, legally

Consideration and approval of
awarding demolition bid for the NSP located at 1405 3rd Street,
