   1. Public Hearing concerning the proposed Final Plat of the Wal-Mart 1^st Subdivision (a re-platting of Lot 1, Block 1, Wal-Mart Subdivision), as submitted by Olsson Associates.

5. CURRENT BUSINESS

1.      Selection of vendor to prepare Section 125 Premium and Health Savings Account Plan Documents.

2.      Approval of additional banks in which employees may deposit Health Savings Account funds.

3.      Discussion of correspondence received from Zeilinger Keno regarding Keno locations.

4.      Consideration of a Memorandum of Understanding with Fairbury Steaks.

5.      Consideration of an agreement with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., for garbage disposal requirements and associated fees.

6.      Request for permission to apply for a grant for Fire Prevention All Hazards Trailer for kids.

7.      Consideration of Change Order No. 2 to the contract with General Excavating for construction of Downtown Redevelopment Project improvements.

6. RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES

1.      Resolution No. 643 providing for the creation of Standing Committees.

2.      Resolution No. 644 approving the Jefferson County Local Emergency Operations Plan.

3.      Ordinance No. 2955: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRBURY, NEBRASKA, AMENDING THE DUTIES OF THE CITY COUNCIL PRESIDENT MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 30.45 AND ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING A TIME WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.

4.      Ordinance No. 2956:  AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRBURY, NEBRASKA, AMENDING THE DUTIES OF THE MUNICIPAL FIRE AND POLICE CHIEFS; REPEALING MUNICIPAL CODE §§31.06 AND 31.07 AND ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING A TIME WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
