posted in the entry of this meeting room and is available for viewing by the
public.

REQUESTS FOR FUTURE ITEMS
Individuals who have appropriate items for
City Council consideration should complete the Request for Future Agenda
Items form located on the bulletin board. If the issue can be handled
administratively without Council action, notification will be provided. If
the item is scheduled for a committee or Council meeting, notification of
the date will be given.

BUSINESS
1.
Approval of the Lease with
Option to Purchase Agreement with Union Bank & Trust in the amount of
$86,000.00 for the new aerial truck for the Fire Department.
2.
Consideration of authorizing
Mayor Ward to sign the Lease with Option to Purchase Agreement and all
necessary documents to consummate the purchase of the fire truck.
D. RESOLUTIONS & ORDINANCES
1. Resolution No. 710 approving the
Lease with Option to Purchase Agreement with Union Bank & Trust Company for
purchase of fire truck and authorizes the Mayor to sign said lease agreement
and all necessary documentation to consummate said purchase.
