Committee for “The Country Cottage” project ($10,000 Reuse Loan) and set a
public hearing.

Consideration of
recommendations from the Economic Development Review Committee (LB840) for
the “Choice Communications, Inc.” project ($40,000 Performance Based Grant)
and set a public hearing.

Consideration of Police

Consideration of authorizing
Mayor Ward to sign the Lease & Easement Agreement made between Richard M. &
Elva M. Smith and the City of Fairbury for the placement of a City Museum
