1.
Consideration of request from
the Fairbury Area Girls Hoops organization to use the Community Building for
the 2009-2010 season.
2.
Consideration of authorizing
Mayor Ward to sign the contract between the State of Nebraska, Department of
Economic Development and the City of Fairbury for the Neighborhood
Stabilization Program (NSP) ~ Contract No. 095ND32.
3.
Consideration of authorizing
Mayor Ward to sign the release of lien for nuisance property located at 721
G Street; legally described as the North 44½’ of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2,
Original Town of Fairbury, Jefferson County, Nebraska.
4.
Consideration of authorizing
Mayor Ward to sign the Real Estate Purchase Agreement made and entered into
by Roode Feedlot, Inc. and the City of Fairbury, Nebraska, acting by and
through its Board of Public Works.
5.
Consideration of
correspondence from Nebraska Department of Economic Development and
authorizing Mayor Ward to send a response letter and documentation stating
the CDBG Reuse Fund is active.
6.
Consideration of purchasing
police vehicle.
