3.      Approval of the Certificate of Substantial Completion for the Fairbury Central Business District Improvements project.

4.      Presentation by Jenne Rodriguez of the Department of Economic Development on the Business Retention and Expansion Survey.

5.      Approval of the appointment of Jamie Swanda to the Citizens Advisory Review Committee, term to expire December 2011.
