application for liquor license manager submitted by Veterans FW Post 3113
dba Veterans FW 3113 for Douglas Tracy.

Request from F.A.C.T. Group to
use the train in the city park during the Wild West Weekend on June 7 and
June 8, 2008.
3.
Approve planning consultant
contract with Hanna:Keelan Associates for CDBG #07-PP-020 Citywide “Housing
Market Study with Strategies for Affordable Housing” and authorize the mayor
to sign the Housing Study contract with Hanna:Keelan Associates.
4.
Purchase of new police
vehicle; Public Safety Committee recommendation to purchase Chevrolet
Silverado Pickup on state bid.
5.
Agreement for professional
services with Olsson Associates as city engineer.
6.
Discussion of the
International Property Maintenance Code and consideration to take actions to
adopt.
7.
Police Department 2007 Annual
Report.

RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES

Resolution No. 683
installing two fifteen minute parking stalls – one on the East side of E
Street between 4th and 5th in front of 424 E Street
and the other on the South side of 5th Street between E and F
Street.

First Reading Ordinance No. 2973: An ordinance to add Section 71.77 regarding
All-Terrain Vehicles to the Fairbury City Code; to repeal all other
conflicting ordinances or parts of ordinances; to provide for publication in
pamphlet form and for an effective date of this ordinance.
