STATEMENT:  “This meeting is being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The provisions of

the Open Meetings Act are posted on the wall in the rear of this meeting room for public

inspection".  The Planning Commission reserves the right to go into executive session in accordance with Section 84-1410.

1.     Open Meeting and Roll Call.

2.     Approve minutes of the Planning Commissions March 14^th, 2011 Meeting.

3.     Discussion regarding the consideration of the Blight & Substandard Determination Study and General Redevelopment Plan for Fairbury, NE Redevelopment Area #4 prepared by Hanna:Keelan Associates.  Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired actions. 

4.     Discussion.  Review of Articles 5.19 - Airport district (pg. 83 - 87).

5.     Comments from the public on non-agenda items.   

6.     Adjourn Meeting.
