STATEMENT:  “This meeting is being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The provisions of

the Open Meetings Act are posted on the wall in the rear of this meeting room for public

inspection".  The Planning Commission reserves the right to go into executive session in accordance with Section 84-1410.

1.     Open Meeting and Roll Call.

2.     Approve minutes of the Planning Commissions August 8^th, 2011 Meeting.

3.     Public Hearing regarding the request to vacate a portion of 15^th Street located between 1502 D [S 4’ of lot 7 & all of lot 8, blk 2, Shoebotham Add.] and 1426 D [lots 1, 2 & N 42 1/2’ of lot 3, blk 3, Shoebotham Add.] from D Street to the alley by Lee Larson and Brian Smith.

4.     Comprehensive Plan presentation by Olsson’s and Associates.  Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired action. 

5.     Discussion and recommendation regarding the consideration of the Redevelopment Plan for Fairbury, NE Redevelopment Area #4 prepared by Hanna:Keelan Associates.  Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired actions. 

6.     Discussion, annual review of Special Use Permits.  Taking of any necessary or desired action.

7.     Comments from the public on non-agenda items. 

8.     Adjourn Meeting.
