1. Pursuant to Section 84-1412(8) of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act a current copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the entry of this meeting room and is available for viewing by the public.

1. Review/approve Minutes from October 13th, 2010 meeting
2. Public Hearing. Discussion and recommendations regarding an application for Certificate of Work in the Historic District. Request HD-2010-08 from Geri Katz Oregon Trail Development, LLC / Julie Lambert in regards to work being done on Stagecoach Mall [ 510 E Street ]. Legally described as Lot 10, 11, and 12, Block 17, Original Town Addition, Fairbury, Jefferson County, Nebraska. Located in the B2 – Downtown Commercial Zoning District and the HD – Historic District Overlay. Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired action.
3. Public Hearing. Discussion and recommendations regarding resubmittal of an application for Certificate of Work in the Historic District request HD-2010-04 from Siebert Communications in regards to work being done at KUTT/KGMT Radio Station [ 412 4th Street ]. Legally described as Lot 6, Blk. 32, Original Town Addition, Fairbury, Jefferson County, Nebraska. Located in the B2 – Downtown Commercial Zoning District and the HD – Historic District Overlay. Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired action.

Discussion and recommendations regarding review of Livingston Enterprises application for assistance under the Downtown Design Challenge Grant Program in regards to work being done at 500 4th St, legally described as a fraction of lot 7 & 8, Block 31, Original Town, Fairbury, Jefferson County, Nebraska. Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired action.
5. Discussion and recommendations regarding review of Livingston Enterprises application for assistance under the Downtown Design Challenge Grant Program in regards to work being done at 500 ½ 4th St, legally described as a fraction of lot 7 & 8, Block 31, Original Town, Fairbury, Jefferson County, Nebraska. Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired action.
6. Discussion and recommendations regarding review of Livingston Enterprises application for assistance under the Downtown Design Challenge Grant Program in regards to work being done at 502 4th St, legally described as a fraction of lot 7 & 8, Block 31, Original Town, Fairbury, Jefferson County, Nebraska. Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired action.
