    1. Approval of the minutes of the October 19, 2010 meeting.         
    2. Consider request from Sharyl Preston to attend the 2011 Nebraska Municipal Clerk Institute & Academy March 14-18, 2011 in Kearney, Nebraska.                                                                                               
    3. Consider bond quote received from EMC/Gill Insurance Service, Inc. versus statement received from Allied Insurance/Starr Buckow Insurance Agency, Inc.
    4. Consider revolving letter of credit for the keno operation.
