STATEMENT:  “This meeting is being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The provisions of

                                 the Open Meetings Act are posted on the wall in the rear of this meeting room for public

inspection".  The City Council reserves the right to go into executive session in accordance with Section 84-1410.

1.     Open Hearing and Roll Call.

2.     Approve minutes of August 19, 2009 hearing. 

 2.   Approve minutes of October 20, 2009 hearing.

 3.   Public Hearing. Application For Variance (VAI-2010-01) request from Mike Diller in regards to the minimum side yard setback distance (15') for an agricultural building on a property located in the TA – Transitional Agriculture zoning district as stated in Article 5, Section 5.05.5a of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fairbury, Nebraska - 2005 Edition. The request is to allow for the placement of an agricultural building to within 6’ of the side lot line at 70950 Farmstead Avenue, legally description as Lot 5 of the NW ¼ South of the Railroad, Sec 25, Township 2, Range 2, Jefferson County, Nebraska.   Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.
